Returned decoders must be sent in a padded envelope or small
box! Do not use a regular type business envelope!
Regular envelopes are easily damaged in the mail
system and the decoders are lost. We reserve the right to
not replace decoders under the condition that they were lost
in the mail when using a regular type envelope. |
