14 Trains This layout will allow the automatic operation of up to 16 trains. It is a KATO N-Scale layout and can be built using KATO Track. The layout is organized with 4 Lines. Black, Green, Purple and Aqua. The Purple and Black lines include a Passenger Station. The Green and Aqua lines are continuous loops. The layout can be designed so that all lines travel in the same direction or so that one or two lines travel in the reverse direction. This layout is a good example of a design that will allow the automation of one or two lines and operation of the other lines as conventional DCC track. If all lines are automated at the engineers discretion any one or more line may be operated in the normal mode. The cost of BitSwitch components to automate the Green
